RuffArtz is a small volunteer arts organisation, now in its thirteenth year, which is dedicated to bringing high quality music, theatre and arts experiences into our community at affordable prices. RuffArtz hosts a series of four music performances each year called “A Season of Saturdays” and two or three other theatre performances at the Ruffy Hall. The Ruffy Art Show also is presented by RuffArtz.

The RuffArtz committee consists of Sharron Batt & John McLean, Glen George, Robyn Sheehan, Ann Simmons, Doug Watson and Verena Weinmann.

RuffArtz concerts have become famous for their ‘real’ coffee and delicious homemade cakes served at interval.  One performer even called Ruffy “The Cake Capital of Victoria”. Comedian Rod Quantock launched Ruffy’s best-seller "The Little Black Book of Coffee and Cake" a few years ago, which is  a compilation of recipes for some of the fabulous cakes provided at the concerts. Copies of The Little Black Book of Coffee and Cake are available at each performance for $10 ea or phone: Sharron  5790 4329 or Glen 5790 4318.
